Korean government departments, local governments, and public organizations use TEPS scores to recruit employees, evaluate the English proficiency of their employees, and select employees for overseas training. Some governmental bodies also use TEPS-Speaking & Writing, i-TEPS, and SNULT scores to help evaluate employees’ English proficiency or to select candidates for overseas training programs.
