Test Registration/Cancellation

You can register for the test either online or by visiting the registration office during the registration period.

Regular registration

Regular registration: KRW

Additional registration: KRW

Additional registration is for test takers who missed the regular registration period.
Additional registration is only available online.

Choose a test site

Check which test sites are available and select one you prefer.
Test sites may change later for various reasons, and you cannot select a fully-booked test site.

Changing your test site

When?

You can change your test site from the first day of the regular registration period until the last day of the additional registration period.

You may not be able to change your test site in some circumstances (e.g., your desired test site is fully booked.)

Registration cancellation

You can cancel your registration if you are unable to take the test.
(Test registration cannot be postponed to the next test.)

Online cancellation

Cancellation period: immediately after the registration is completed until 11:59 p.m. on the day before the test date (Sunday tests: until 3 p.m. on the day before the test date)

Registrations paid for with vouchers (or discount coupons) and discounted registrations (for military personnel etc.) can only be canceled during the regular registration period.
However, registrations made in the final week of the regular registration period can still be canceled up to 7 days after the regular registration period is over.

Cancellation at the registration office(only available for TEPS)

Those who cancel their registration at the registration office must bring their registration slip and ID. [Note: This option is available only to those who registered at the registration office, not those who registered online]

Offline cancellation is not available after the offline registration period is over. (You must cancel online.)

How long your refund process will take

Full refund

Credit card: : Your credit card transaction will be canceled. You will be able to see the results on your caredit card's history in about 3 to 5 days.

Real-time account transfer: : You will be refunded within 5 business days.

Mobile phone payment: : If you cancel within the same month, nothing will be charged. If you cancel the following month, you will need to enter your bank account number. The refund will then be made to that account within 15 business days.

Partial refund

Credit card: : The partial refund will be deducted from your credit card transaction. This process usually takes about a week.

Real-time account transfer: : The partial refund will be transferred to your account within 5 business days.

Mobile phone payment: : You will need to enter your bank account number. The partial refund will then be transferred to that account within 15 business days.

Registrations before the final week: Registrations made from the beginning of the regular registration period to 11:59 p.m. on Sunday before the final week

Registrations in the final week: Registrations made from 12:00 a.m. on Monday of the final week of the regular registration period to the end of the regular registration period
