If you wish to reissue your score report, refer to the following steps. You will be charged a fee for reissuing your score report.
You can request the reissuance of your score report on our website and choose the receipt method of your preference. You may select from printing online, in-person pick-up, receipt by regular mail, or receipt by expedited delivery. Go to the [TEPS website > Check score]
You can visit the TEPS Council office and have your score report reissued immediately on site.
Bring your ID for ID verification.
If someone other than the test taker wishes to reissue the score report, the representative must bring one of the following: the test taker’s ID, the test taker’s medical insurance card, residence registration , or family relation certificate.
Monday to Friday,
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
※ Please avoid lunch hour (from 11:40 a.m. to 12:50 p.m.).
※ You cannot request the reissuance of your score report by phone or e-mail.

| Expedited delivery | If you request the reissuance of your score report by 4 p.m., delivery will begin the next day. It usually takes one or two days to receive score reports by expedited delivery. (The estimated time of arrival is different from region to region and could change depending on the schedule of the delivery company.) You can track your delivery beginning the day after you request shipment at the website of Ilyang Logistics. The delivery fee of 3,000 KRW will be charged on the receiving end. |

Your score report reissued immediately upon your request, so you cannot change your mind and ask for a refund.
